How do I create an Afrilogement account?

Click “Sign up” at the top right of the site and fill in your details: every new account starts with the landlord profile. Then confirm your email address using the link you receive. If you work independently as a broker, or if you are registered as an agency, you can then move to the matching profile by submitting an application to the platform, which our team reviews and approves.

Which countries is Afrilogement available in?

Afrilogement covers 16 countries in West and Central Africa: Benin, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, Senegal, Cameroon, Gabon, DR Congo, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, Algeria and Guinea — with local currencies and more than 4,000 listed territories.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes: the Afrilogement mobile app is available on Google Play. It gives you your account, listings, favourites and messages, all synced with the website.

How do I search for a home or a property?

Accepted Answer

Open the “Listings” menu, type a neighbourhood, city or keyword, then refine with the filters: property type, budget, rent or sale, location. Listings are always up to date: properties already rented or sold disappear from the results.

How do I contact an advertiser?

From a listing page, use the built-in messaging to write directly to the advertiser (sign-in required), or call the phone number shown. All your conversations remain available in your Messages area.

How do I save a listing to my favourites?

Click the heart on a listing to add it to your favourites. You will then find all your saved listings under “My favourites”, available from your account menu.

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Every listing has a “Report” button (fraudulent listing, wrong price, duplicate, inappropriate content). You can also contact support by email or WhatsApp: reports are handled within 24 hours by our quality control team.

How do I publish a listing?

Sign in, open your dashboard and click “New listing”. Choose rent or sale, fill in the form (photos, videos, price, exact location) and submit. Your listing gets a unique reference and follows clear statuses: draft → published → rented/sold → archived.

How do I feature my listing (boost)?

Accepted Answer

Buy boost tokens from your dashboard, then apply them to the listing of your choice. There are four levels: Starter, Premium, VIP and VVIP. A boost places your property at the top of the results for 7 days; the VIP and VVIP levels also unlock the “The Gems” page. The price of each level is shown when you buy tokens.

What is “The Gems”?

“The Gems” brings together our best listings of the moment: those from our trusted partners — agencies and brokers whose files have been checked and approved by our team — along with the best-presented properties on the platform. A short, regularly refreshed selection so you can get straight to the point without browsing the whole catalogue.

How do I track how my listings are performing?

Your dashboard shows viewing statistics for each property: number of views, enquiries received and the impact of your boosts. Professionals can export these statistics for their own reporting.

How do I secure my account?

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) from the security settings in your dashboard: scan the QR code with your authenticator app and keep your backup codes somewhere safe. A one-time code will then be requested at every sign-in.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password” and enter your email address: you will receive a link to set a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the “Delete my account” page (link in the footer) or to your dashboard settings. Deletion is permanent: your listings and personal data are removed from the platform.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments (subscriptions, boost tokens, rent) are made online by mobile money or credit card, through our secure partners FedaPay and Flutterwave. Every payment is tracked and your history stays available at all times.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Check the Pricing page to compare plans, then upgrade from your dashboard, in the Subscription section. Payment is made online and the new plan is active immediately.

Can I pay my rent online?

Accepted Answer

Yes: if your landlord or agency manages the tenancy on Afrilogement, you can pay your rent by mobile money or credit card and find all your receipts in your tenant area.

How do I become a service provider?

Accepted Answer

Open the “Become a service provider” page, choose your trade from the 21 categories (plumber, electrician, mason, property photographer…), then enter your service area and documents. Once our team approves it, your verified profile becomes visible and clients can contact you.

How do I become a partner broker?

Accepted Answer

First create your account (landlord profile by default), then submit your broker application — or an agency application if you are a registered business — from the platform, with an ID document and your references (see the “Become a broker” page). Once our team approves it, your profile is upgraded and you get the verified badge to publish and manage properties.

How does the referral programme work?

From your dashboard, share your referral code or link. When someone signs up through it and becomes active, you earn boost tokens to use on your listings.

What does the mortgage simulator offer?

From the Services page, fill in the simulation form to estimate your eligibility and monthly repayments. Your file can then be forwarded to a partner bank for a full assessment.
