Born from the realisation that Africa's property market lacked transparency and modern tools, Afrilogement connects landlords, tenants, brokers, agencies and service providers in a reliable, accessible digital ecosystem.
We serve families living in Africa just as much as members of the diaspora who want to invest in property from abroad, giving them complete, secure oversight of their projects.

The project is born
The Afrilogement idea takes shape as an answer to the lack of transparency in property. First market research and prototype development.
Official launch
The afrilogement.com platform goes live. First landlords and brokers sign up in Cotonou and Abomey-Calavi. Field agents deployed.
Expansion and growth
Rollout to more cities in Benin (Porto-Novo, Parakou, Bohicon). Over 1,000 listings published. Launch of our diaspora service.
A brand-new platform
Complete platform redesign with new features: rental management, digital contracts, a service provider network. Groundwork laid for expansion to other West African countries.
